I will make a covenant of peace with them and rid the land of wild beasts so that they may live in the desert and sleep in the forests in safety. I will bless them and the places surrounding my hill. I will send down showers in season; there will be showers of blessing.
Hoping your week is filled with blessings. I have included the music selections for this week’s worship. This includes two song for our call to worship and a song for our prelude. This will also includes the reading of Psalm 93:
1 The LORD reigns, he is robed in majesty;
the LORD is robed in majesty
and is armed with strength.
The world is firmly established;
it cannot be moved.
2 Your throne was established long ago;
you are from all eternity.
3 The seas have lifted up, O LORD,
the seas have lifted up their voice;
the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.
4 Mightier than the thunder of the great waters,
mightier than the breakers of the sea—
the LORD on high is mighty.
5 Your statutes stand firm;
holiness adorns your house
for endless days, O LORD.
I hope that you will all meditate on these words as we move closer to our service. Also, I realize that there are those of you who are not scheduled to join the team on stage for this week’s service. I would ask that you also take some time to listen and learn these song. It is my desire and prayer that you can be an extension of the praise team from your pew in the congregation when you are not participating with the team on stage. I think this would be a great way to also help lead worship.
